Over the Christmas holidays I made it my mission to snap some photos of the Fabulous Frogs that reside in her pond.
Over a two days I managed to collect a Few shots by creeping up on the Frogs as silently as possible.
I'm pretty certain that the Frog above is a Bull, watching over his Filly with a Flaming Fish passing by.
Terrific frog captures

Your photos brought back a memory: My older son used to make a frog noise perfectly. Then when the younger son began to make the frog noise too he said, "Mom, take him back to the hospital."
ReplyDeleteI love your frog images. Very nicely done.

Beautiful photos. When I was a kid, I had a neighbor with a really elaborate garden hidden behind her high fences (waterfalls and a stream that she had dug out!), and she had all kinds of frog statues because they were her favorite animal. One day, I saw a very realistic-looking frog miniature and bent down to touch it--and it hopped away! Even real frogs loved her garden! I was startled like crazy, but I've been in love with frogs (and gardens) ever since.
ReplyDeleteThe perfect frog lilly pads. What wonderful detail you have captured in the last photo.

They look like harmless versions of Doc Wilde's Frogs of Doom, lol The last one's expression is hilarious. :)
ReplyDeleteThat last one looks like it's smiling!
